This was our first time playing at a Native American Casino
The Show was sponsored by 95.9 F.M. Krush Radio
Here's David Gross who plays my records a LOT on his show.
Did you see that?
The Casino is actually very cool being a combination of Sierra "Foothills" and Reno, NV.
I brolke a string and had to switch guitars. Then again, to do a Buddy Holly song "Proper", you have to have the correct guitar.
JoAnn and her crew. JoAnn is in charge of events and entertainment at Twin Pine Casino. Gang, please let her know that you want us back. A phone call or e-mail should do it.
The had us set up in the Harvest room.
Johnny Alexander on "Dog House" Bass and Paul Montgomery on the "Boom Booms".
I kinda felt like the Beatles playing the Cavern Club.
Twin Pine is in a very beautiful place in the mountains of Lake County, CA. I can't really say it's the Sierra foothills, more like the Cascade mountain range but, I'll have to look that up.
I found this in the back parking lot. Must be an old sign but it looks cool.
One more song and we gotta run. I hope we get back here soon. It was a real BLAST to play at Twin Pine. I'll plant you now and dig you later Dave |
