This was our very first time playing the California Maritime Acadamy Summer Concerts. It's located in Valljo, CA. and is part of the University of California system. We had the honor and pleasure of opening the show for Blues Great Coco Montoya It was a BLAST !

Coco. A really nice guy to work with. After his band did their soundcheck, we did ours. I usually do an Everly Brothers guitar riff to check my tuning and he came running out on stage from the dressing room. He said "Hey, that's 'Devoted To You' by the Everly Brothers, very cool!" We got along real well. I hope to do it again soon!
